About the Founder -Healed to Heal
Clinical Psychologist | Mental Health Advocate | Inner Healing Specialist
Esther Maundu is the Founder and Director of Radiant Throne Themes (RTT), a mental health organization dedicated to guiding individuals on the journey of inner healing and emotional mastery. As a clinical psychologist and advocate for mental well-being, Esther’s mission is rooted in her personal mantra:
“Nothing is beyond repair.”
Having silently endured the hidden pains of mental health struggles—unaware for years of their deep-rooted causes—her own healing journey became the foundation for her life’s work: helping others break free from emotional distress and self-sabotage. Esther’s work centers on the belief that while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional and true well-being begins when we heal from within.
Through RTT, Esther empowers individuals to uncover subconscious wounds, break limiting belief systems and rebuild a strong sense of self-worth and inner stability. Her approach blends neuroscience, psychology, emotional intelligence and cognitive restructuring, offering a clear path toward personal transformation.
Esther is also a sought-after speaker, known for her thought-provoking insights on mental health, emotional resilience, and inner mastery. She has addressed diverse audiences as:
Chief Guest at graduation ceremonies and Training Leaders, Men, Parents, Youths/teens and widows mental health
Panelist in parliament committee and expert discussions
Advocate in national debates, including the public petition to regulate or ban TikTok in Kenya
Contributor to forums shaping mental health policies and community awareness.
