The Vijana Code – Saving The Young Generation
Teens &Youths In communities, schools & Universities
At the heart of RTT is the Vijana Code, a focused commitment to saving and strengthening the young generation.RTT recognizes that most mental health challenges begin during adolescence and early youth—a highly formative period marked by emotional intensity, identity confusion, and neurological development.
During teenage years, the prefrontal cortex (decision-making center) is still developing, while the limbic system (emotion and impulse center) is highly active. This imbalance often leads to:
- Emotional outbursts
- Poor decision-making
- Risk-taking behavior
- Susceptibility to peer pressure
- Drug and substance abuse
- Suicide ideation
Unfortunately, society often labels teens as “rude” or “undisciplined” instead of supporting them. Many teens themselves feel confused, overwhelmed, and unsupported.
1. Anti-Pill Campaign
RTT runs a strong youth advocacy initiative known as the Anti-Pill Campaign, which actively fights:
- Drug and substance abuse
- Suicide ideation and attempts
- Risky coping behaviors
This campaign combines prevention, education, physical training, and emotional support.
2. Teen & Youth Mental Health Curriculum
