Description
Threads Beneath
Threads Beneath is a profound mental health journal that explores the hidden influence of trauma on our lives, revealing how unresolved trauma silently shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and self-perception. The journal introduces the metaphor of “threads beneath” to describe the subtle ways trauma weaves into daily life, affecting relationships, decisions, and self-esteem. It emphasizes how trauma often masks one’s true identity, leading to the construction of false personas to shield against emotional pain, while also limiting authentic self-expression.
Through personal stories, expert insights, and reflective exercises, the journal encourages readers to confront their trauma, unmask false layers, and rediscover their true selves. Threads Beneath provides practical guidance for healing, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and self-care, offering a transformative journey toward reclaiming identity and embracing authenticity for a more empowered life.
