THE GYM CODE – BODY & BRAIN GYM
The Gym Code is the foundation of RTT’s approach. It recognizes that mental health is embodied—the body, brain, emotions, and nervous system must be trained together.
BODY GYM – Physical Fitness for Mental Stability
The RTT Body Gym is open daily from 5:30am to 8pm and goes beyond aesthetics or strength. Youths and teens as well as the entire public flocks in to work out as a way of releasing stress and attaining balance. Each session comes with a segment of brain fitness . Physical training is used intentionally to:
- Regulate the nervous system
- Release stored stress and trauma
- Build discipline, confidence, and emotional balance
- Replace destructive coping with healthy physical outlets
Physical workouts include:
- Functional strength training and weight lifting
- Aerobics and cardiovascular training
- Yoga for flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation
- Dance workouts for emotional expression and joy
- Boxing for emotional release, focus, and self-control
- Taekwondo for discipline, resilience, and impulse regulation
- General fitness conditioning for endurance and vitality
Each session is guided with mental fitness cues to help participants reconnect with their bodies safely and mindfully.
BRAIN GYM – Mental & Cognitive Fitness
The Brain Gym focuses on training the mind the same way muscles are trained. This includes both structured education and daily mental workouts.
