The RTT Brain Gym is a transformative healing space where Inner healing meets Mental Fitness. Designed as a mental and emotional wellness hub, it offers structured, soul-sensitive, and science-informed sessions that empower individuals to rewire thoughts, regulate emotions, and build mental muscles like resilience, focus, and self-awareness. Rooted in RTT’s signature 6 Mind Coaching Codes, the studio guides participants through holistic mind-training experiences—combining psychoeducation, breathwork, cognitive reframing, and emotional release techniques. More than just therapy, it is a proactive and participatory space where healing becomes a lifestyle, and mental strength is cultivated through daily practice. With locations being established in Schools, Universities, Communities, and institutions, RTT’s Brain Gym is redefining mental wellness by making it accessible, experiential, and deeply personal—because true healing starts within.

School Brain-Gyms

School Brain Gyms are holistic wellness spaces established within school environments to support the mental well-being of learners, teachers, and parents. Through these dedicated hubs, RTT sets up a year-long mental health program that combines psychoeducation (insight) and daily resilience-building practices (muscles). Each school receives tailored wellness materials, including journals, therapy cards, mood trackers, and creative tools for emotional expression. Therapy and counselling services are offered to those mentally affected. RTT also trains student ambassadors, peer counsellors, and selected teachers to act as in-house wellness champions. In addition, mentors are attached to each school to provide ongoing support and guidance. All facilitators and mentors are equipped and supported for a full year to ensure consistency, community involvement, and lasting impact on the school’s emotional climate.

Community Brain Gyms

Community Brain Gyms are safe, supportive hubs designed to address the unique mental and emotional needs of teenagers and youth aged 13–25. These spaces provide structured programs that support adolescent development and tackle psychological challenges such as identity confusion, peer pressure, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma from violence or abuse, and digital overstimulation from social media. For older youth, the Brain Gyms address critical mental health concerns including depression, burnout, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, and hopelessness linked to unemployment or poverty. The program also integrates modules on personal growth, career discovery, skill development, and job search strategies—empowering youth to build a purposeful life. Each Brain Gym offers accessible counselling and free therapy sessions, creating a stigma-free space where young people can express themselves, process pain, and receive guidance from trained mental health professionals. Through psychoeducation, mentorship, and creative healing techniques, Community Brain Gyms become powerful transformation spaces where youth are not only heard but equipped to heal and thrive.

Work place Brain Gyms

Workplace Brain Gyms are professionally curated Wellness Reflection Suites or Mental Fitness Corners designed to promote emotional well-being, productivity, and a healthy work culture. These dedicated in-office spaces serve as quiet sanctuaries where employees—from junior staff to executives—can start or end their day with intentional mental wellness practices. Equipped with soft ambient lighting, calming scents (aromatherapy diffusers), indoor plants, sound therapy, cozy seating, and calming visuals, the space invites calm and reflection. Tools such as guided journaling prompts, breathing and grounding scripts, stress balls, affirmation cards, CBT worksheets, sensory calming items, and gratitude boards are available to help employees regulate stress, process emotions, and reset their minds.

RTT also offers structured mental fitness programs, including workshops, burnout prevention trainings, mental health awareness sessions, group coaching, and guided peer therapy. These spaces not only reduce stress and absenteeism but also normalize conversations around mental health, fight stigma, and foster a culture where help-seeking is seen as a strength.
