THE GYM CODE – BODY & BRAIN GYM

The Gym Code is the foundation of RTT’s approach. It recognizes that mental health is embodied—the body, brain, emotions, and nervous system must be trained together.

BODY GYM – Physical Fitness for Mental Stability

The RTT Body Gym is open daily from 5:30am to 8pm and goes beyond aesthetics or strength. Youths and teens as well as the entire public flocks in to work out as a way of releasing stress and attaining balance. Each session comes with a segment of brain fitness . Physical training is used intentionally to:

  • Regulate the nervous system
  • Release stored stress and trauma
  • Build discipline, confidence, and emotional balance
  • Replace destructive coping with healthy physical outlets

Physical workouts include:

  • Functional strength training and weight lifting
  • Aerobics and cardiovascular training
  • Yoga for flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation
  • Dance workouts for emotional expression and joy
  • Boxing for emotional release, focus, and self-control
  • Taekwondo for discipline, resilience, and impulse regulation
  • General fitness conditioning for endurance and vitality

Each session is guided with mental fitness cues to help participants reconnect with their bodies safely and mindfully.

BRAIN GYM – Mental & Cognitive Fitness

The Brain Gym focuses on training the mind the same way muscles are trained. This includes both structured education and daily mental workouts.

1. Psychoeducation for Awareness

RTT delivers professional psychoeducation through:

  • Trainings, workshops, and team-building sessions
  • Corporate employee wellness programs
  • School mental health programs
  • Faith-based and community group sessions

These sessions address stress, burnout, trauma awareness, emotional intelligence, mental resilience, and healthy coping.

For corporates and institutions, RTT offers a Comprehensive Employee Support Program (ESP) delivered by experienced and qualified mental health professionals. This program supports:

RTT also conducts Monthly Silent Retreats, forest baths and team building to help people unwind, interact with nature and learn healthy coping tools for general brain welfare.

2. Brain & Mind Workouts

Mental fitness at RTT is practiced consistently, just like physical fitness. These include:

  • PQ Reps (Positive Intelligence Repetitions) for rewiring thought patterns
  • Deep guided meditations for nervous system regulation
  • Therapeutic journaling for emotional processing
  • Gratitude practices to shift the brain from survival to safety
  • Breathwork for stress reduction and emotional regulation
  • Visualization and mental rehearsal
  • Mindfulness and grounding exercises
  • Cognitive reframing practices

These tools help individuals build mental strength, clarity, and emotional balance.
